Very Bad Experience Toward their service

I had very bad experience on Neximage.com.
- Item I was going to: NC4000 Battery + Travel Pack
- Item I bought to: Solely NC4000 Battery without Travel Pack
- Picture Showed online: Battery + Travel Pack

(1) Customer support is poor and unavailability. Still remember what they say: ¡°There is nothing we can do to solve it, because we don¡¯t know and visible to the shipped product as it directly ships from the manufacture.¡± ¨C (If they don¡¯t know the product, why they sell it?)
(2) Product Image is not consistent with description. (I was misled by the image to place the order). As they don¡¯t have any product description, I can only reply on image.
(3) Lack of product description. You cannot find any product description. Instead, they just put some crap information to say how good they are.
(4) No sounds refund policy, 30%-50% restock cost means refund is meaningless. And, for some products, there is no refund at all even the package is never opened .
(5) Once you place the order, it almost no way to cancel as they require you to call them within one hour after you purchased. Even you call within 1 hour, you still not 100% can cancel: (1) Customer service is not available in/out of office hour (2) the payment has fulfilled by their contract Online payment company
(6) Email not replays promptly.

I will recommend everyone, don¡¯t fool by this company by their listed price. It is really you pay what you get.
