Newegg customer service decline

I just had an absolutely horrible experience with Newegg today. I've purchased many computers and various technical equipment from them over the years, in fact, this was my 13th order with this company. 5 days ago I ordered another computer and it was not until today that they sent me an email demanding that I call their customer service from the phone number attached to my credit card account. I'm currently serving in the military and I use my parents phone number for my credit card because I have to move every year of two. So 5 days after they should have shipped my order, I called Newegg customer service. I called from my cell phone (not the number attached to my credit card account), navigated through their maze of customer service departments, and waited on hold for over 45 minutes until "Amanda" answered. She was rude and made no attempt to work through their absurd, and self-imposed, security protocol. I explained my situation and the fact that I will not make my parents sit on hold for 45 minutes in order to call them and fulfill their silly requirement. I told her to cancel my order and that it will be the last time I deal with Newegg. I have made much more expensive online purchases that this one, yet I have never experienced such unfriendly customer service. I expected much more from Newegg.
