This is by far one of the best online companies that I have dealt with and is now the only online company that I will deal with; great prices for the most part but more importantly, reliable, trust worthy, and the customer support is the best that I have seen in a long time.

Newegg.com has to be the best online retailer of any class. I just wished I could buy everything from them. Their prices are always competitive, and usually the best. I have not had a wrong order, nor has anything ever been missing from a shipment. The packaging is great, and combined with Fedex, nothing has ever been damaged in shipping and usually gets here ahead of time. That's something you'll never see with UPS.

We've had one manufacturer defect with an item once and it was no problem getting an RMA. Once sent back, the replacement was sent out immediately.

These guys are the best and care about it. I only wish more companies treated their customers like Newegg does.

I have been ordering from Newegg since 2001. I have spent over $5000 with them in that time. My orders with them over the last year have been a complete disaster. I ordered some stuff just before Christmas and again a nightmare experience. There customer service has turned to being rude and unhelpful. I have made my last purchase with Newegg.

I saw a friend of mine a few weeks ago and he also mentioned to me that he no longer uses NewEgg for pretty much the same reasons I described.

Such a shame. I used to swear by Newegg.

Recently I ordered a sound card for my computer off of NewEgg.com. I received it in 3 days (FedEx ground) and in perfect condition. The follow-up emails they sent were very good, letting me know when the money had been actually subtracted from my checking, and when the product had been shipped, along with a FedEx tracking #. Very impressed, I will definately be buying all my computer needs from NewEgg from now on!

NewEgg does not need the press, but one has to express the good experience. 10 - 40% less expensive than the competition on the item I purchased. This includes the expense of Federal Express shipment, delivered very quickly. Product perfect without issue. Web site simple and easy to use.

I ordered a Sony DSC-F828 digital camera and two 1GB 3200 PC RAM sticks for my iMac. The prices were amazing and I received everything I ordered as advertised, on time.

I ordered a video card on friday, with 2nd day shipping. FedEx ended up delivering the video card on tuesday. FedEx doesn't deliver on sundays, but the card should have been delivered at monday by the latest. I contacted newegg regarding the problem, and they said technically that the 2nd day refers to business days, but were great enough to refund the difference between the 2nd day and express saver anyways. I expected no less from the great people at Newegg.com

Great price in comparison to other offerings. Ordering process was easy once you get by setting up your user name. Order placed on Sunday and delivery was on Tuesday just beefore noon. Why go to the store?
