NOT A SATISFIED CUSTOMER AT ALL. WOULD NOT SHOP HERE AGAIN

I ordered a supposedly "unlocked" cell phone from newegg to the tune of $230.00, well when the phone arrived it in fact was NOT the unlocked version and thus would not work with my current SIM card. Upon calling newegg to see how the matter could be resolved, the cs person told me to give LG (the maker of the phone) a call, well LG isn't local! The audacity... customer service? not at all. I made a subsequent call and got yet a different cs person on the phone who told me that he would send me a return code, that I should ship the phone back and he would issue me a refund right away (once I emailed him with the shipping confirmation from UPS), well long story short.. after several phone calls reassuring me that "this call will take care of the refund" and now two months later... still no refund. I asked for a supervisor today who assured me yet again that the refund would be processed within 24 hours... I breathlessly await! I am also following up with a letter to the corporate office stating my dissatisfation with the on-hold time during my numerous phone calls and even how unprofessional customer service are (the young lady could be heard laughing just as she as answering my call). No concern.......................................
