The website was easy to read. I ended up returning the shoe to the Westshore store because they didn't fit exactly right The salesperson at the store was very helpful with the exchange and helping me find a different pair that fit better and was better for the type of foot support that I needed.

the close out model 991 was on sale. it appeared to be available for purchase. after giving all of my information, i later received an email stating that it was not available and my credit card would be credited or not charged. however, if an electronic balance on hand was current, it would have registered out of stock or not available and it would have saved me the trouble of passing my information on at all.

The only problem that i ran into with New Balance of Tampa was the fact that they were out of stock on the shoe i wanted and never bothered to email me or call to let me know it was going to take longer than expected, It caused me to email them wondering what happened to my shoes that i purchased! Just an email or call when they discovered they were out of stock would have been less aggrivating for me!

I was surprised that there was no invoice/receipt paperwork included in the shipment, nor details on how to return goods if they were incorrect, damaged or the wrong size. All other on-line shopping that I have done included the return postage for exchanges. The packaged contained the shoes only, nothing else. My recommendation is that the store reviews the return policy and provides the customer with necessary paperwork (including receipts) rather than having to go back onto the website to research what needs to be done.

Great product, which was the W574MNG...shipping was much faster than expected and whole experience was great! Website was easy to follow and prices were lower compared to other sites. Free shipping is great savings.
