MINOR PROBLEM; THE SHIPPING BOX MUST HAVE COME OPEN AND SOMEONE TRIED TO TAPE THE BOX CLOSED. SOME OF THE HARDWARE REQUIRED TO PUT THE SWING TOGETHER WAS MISSING. RATHER THAN CONTACTING THE MERCHANT I JUST WENT TO THE HARDWARE STORE AND PURCHASED A FEW WASHERS AND NUTS.

The yes response to question 7 is conditional. The delivery was refused because armoire was damaged. Rather than replace armoire under existing purchase order, the company rep required that I place a new order which complicated the funding because Bill Me Later denied credit for replacement order until they received credit for orginal order. which took 3 weeks. Because of this the order is taking 4 to 5 weeks from initial order to completion, if on time and not damaged.
