The item I purchased was very good quality. It arrived on time. I especially like free shipping. Only problem I had is that the assembly instructions was in small print. Diagrams were hard to read and I had to guess a couple of times.

My product actually arrived three days earlier than expected. The outside packaging was damaged but they had packed it well enough that the contents were in perfect shape.

I had to call to get an answer as to why my package never arrived,They say they couldn't verify my CC information but i use this card extensively for online purchases and have never had trouble...they canceled my overnight shipping order and never informed me that the order was canceled. I did not have my item for a special last minute trip. they said i couldn't use the same card again or it would be automatically declined.

The product is nice and I think of good quality - time will tell. The price break was very good and ordering was easy. I was, however, quite frustrated and treated a little rudely by the CSR who handled my inquiry about their 'white glove service'. It had been posted when I purchased (and since then) that it included the white glove and the CSR told me that I should not have that special delivery for this product. It took an extra week for delivery but the Supervisor did make the arrangements and the delivery went very smoothly and was handled professionally.

The service was great, delivery was within 3 days form order. The product itself was very disappointing. Even though I had read the reviews on the item before ordering and realized it was not top of the line furniture, it still mazed me just how cheaply made it was. The veneer on the item was no thicker than 2 sheets of paper and the rest of the armoire was made from pressed wood and shabbily put together.

The only thing I didn't like was taht when I clicked on the number for the shipment, it gave me a "canned" response, so I had to copy and paste the number into the UPS site. To me that is a minor inconvenience, but other online merchants when sending the shipping confirmation number have it set up that you can click on it and be directed to the freight company states area of their web site.
