I found the shopping experience was fine. The description of the product on the website was not as detailed as descriptions I have seen on other websites. The only complaint I have is that the shipping carton had an open gash in it. However, the cart was not damaged so it was not a problem.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

When the product came in, I had a question about assembly. When I called the toll free no, I was given another no., which was not toll free. I called it, and was on hold for 15 minutes!
