MINOR PROBLEM; THE SHIPPING BOX MUST HAVE COME OPEN AND SOMEONE TRIED TO TAPE THE BOX CLOSED. SOME OF THE HARDWARE REQUIRED TO PUT THE SWING TOGETHER WAS MISSING. RATHER THAN CONTACTING THE MERCHANT I JUST WENT TO THE HARDWARE STORE AND PURCHASED A FEW WASHERS AND NUTS.

The yes response to question 7 is conditional.
The delivery was refused because armoire was damaged. Rather than replace armoire under existing purchase order, the company rep required that I place a new order which complicated the funding because Bill Me Later denied credit for replacement order until they received credit for orginal order. which took 3 weeks.
Because of this the order is taking 4 to 5 weeks from initial order to completion, if on time and not damaged.

I really like the Victorian daybed I ordered, but it did arrive with some minor damage (nicks in the metal from the tiewraps that were used. It came very fast (ahead of the expected date). The mattresses seem fine and comfortable. The only concern was that I felt a bit nervous about the color and quality because it was difficult to tell online by the picture. I would have liked a more complete description of the items. I was worried about maybe having to send them back and if that would create an unwanted expense for me. The return policy wasn't displayed prominently online. Overall, I'm satisfied with the quality and was even pleasantly surprised by that, and by the quality of the mattresses. I had never ordered an item this big or expensive online before, and based on this experience I would do so again.

had ordered a Vinton Kitchen Cart from ekitchenislands.com and was VERY dissapointed. After spending 2-3 hours putting the island together. I go to slide the drawers in, only to fin that the left one doesn't fit. My box contained 2 right drawer fronts. When I contacted ekitchenislandcarts.com they informed me I would need to take the entire thing apart, repackage and ship it back to them and they would send me another one to assemble AGAIN! It was the first and ONLY time I have or will ever order anything from either web site ever again. I have told everyone I work with about it. I recommend dropping them! They give your company a black eye.

Product was recieved but was delivered to wrong address. Individual who received product was a friend of family thus called me to tell me she had product. Product was delivered to 106 Flax Drive London,Ohio my address 114 Countryridge Lane. London, Ohio. Residences in same neighborhood but wrong street and wrong house number.
Very disappointted.
