So far, excellent. Products are perishable, but always come very well packaged and in very good condition. Email to Neptune's customer service has produced prompt, unusually friendly and helpful responses. I've done a lot of shopping online but never had this experience, even at retailers famous for their good service. As I wrote to Neptune last month, consumers have a huge selection of online vendors to choose from for almost any product. In many cases, prices at some unknown supplier are cheaper than "name" vendors. For repeat customers, price is certainly important, but GOOD SERVICE is what makes the big difference. Neptune has sold me -- I will buy from them regularly as long as the service is first-rate.
