I love the clothes selection but the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! They fouled up my order but when it was realized I received very little in the way of an apology - I ordered a "Virtual Gift Card" in a very high dollar amount and for some reason, for a store that sell some of the most expensive designer items, this purchase was treated like some kind of phenomenon. Although I had previously shopped with them online in the past and all of my personal info was the same as with my bank card, it took over a week to issue the gift card (via email) and if I did not call almost everyday to "find out" what was the hold up I probably would have never received it - The phone reps are nearly idiots (although some are very nice) and have a difficult time resolving issues - When I finally did get the order purchase finalized I spoke to a man in their accounts departments and HE TRIED TO SHRUG THE BLAME AND THE RESPONSIBILITY OFF but I let him have it - I was very disappointed, because they have some of the best selection in clothing. We have a Neiman's here in Orlando and usually their pretty customer friendly but for a few weeks I was considering purchasing a $1200 Marc Jacobs bag, during one of my visits to the bag the sales rep said about me purchasing the bag "I guess we can always dream I made it a point to go back the next day and purchase the bag from anyone but her! The store, clothing and the online site is way too nice to be weighed down by incompetent, insensitive and clueless people.
