My experience with Neiman Marcus Online store was absolutely awful. It will be the reason I never shop in one of their stores, even though my husband and I like some of their exclusive products. I will go to Nordstrom or any other store before I will spend my time and effort with NM. As a physician, I try to be as trendy as possible, but Neiman Marcus doesn't seem too interested in my shoe or shopping satisfaction. First, when I placed an order for a pair of expensive Lacoste shoes, I was assured by the Live Online Chat, that the shoes were womens shoes. So, I, like the other lady who posted about being sent the wrong shoes was stuck with a pair of Lacoste shoes. When I called back after delivery, the customer rep was by far the worst I have ever dealt with. It is not specified online when looking at shoes whether they are mens or womens and I explained this numerous times. I explicity told the Online rep to make sure the shoes were womens Lacoste because the womens and mens Retro Carnaby Lacoste are almost idential except slight color difference. (Big difference in shoe size though!) I received the delivery fairly quickly, but everything I ordered had to be returned at my expense because whoever took the order on Live chat did not take care of specifics in color etc. I would NOT recommend NM Online Store to anyone at this point. And, if you go to the store for help, especially in Atlanta, expect rolling eyes and a well-dressed manager to blame the wrong item selection on you. I hope this is helpful to someone that is thinking of placing an order online or with Live Chat.
