I am anger and disappointed their service. I have been sending the email to them to check the shipment schedule but *NO RESPOND* since 21st April. Also, I can't search about information form thier web site ever . Today is 6th May but I have still not yet received the packages and the tracking information from them. I am very worry about my package and money. The problem is I have already paid for them with the invoiced value. Unfortunately I have been unable to get the actual delivery schedule and am very disappointed with my purchase.

This was my first time ordering from Along For The Ride. The Mamma's Milk sling that I purchased arrived a few days early. I was very pleased with how easy it was to place over their website. Kristen emailed me to clarify my choice of shipping locations since I had checked "Gift" on the order. I'm glad she did because I had accidentally left my address as the shipping address instead of typing my friend's address! Kristen's sharp eyes saved me! My friend loves her Zolowear Solarveil ring sling I got for her. She liked it so much I decided to get one for myself. Kristen's excellent service and great selection has definitely made me recommend her to my friends and family.

I ordered twice from this web site. First experience - excellent, fast shipment, thus I ordered the second time. This time - the item was backordered, was shipped 12 days after I purchased it, I had to call the owner and inquire about my order, she was not friendly, didn't apologize for the delay and just seemed she was bothered so much. I received my item two weeks after I ordered them, but what concerned me the most was the low quality of their customer service. Will not shop there ever again.
