I like their product descriptions and the values offered with buy two get one free. However the ordering process was extremely difficult. I had a coupon code Native Remedies sent me in an email which I applied. The coupon wouldn't work and even when I removed it from my order I could not checkout because the site kept trying to apply it. I ended up having to order from a completely different computer just to get my order through. This is more than a bit ridiculous and should be fixed immediately.

I'm not certain if I would shop at your merchant again I placed an order on June 3rd and after waiting patiently for three weeks to receive my delivery which never arrived I decided to contact your company on June 23rd then was I informed that the material was on back-order and not sure when more would be available. I feel someone from your company could have sent me a notice informing me that the material was on back-order. Kindly, Mrs Duncan

After two time purchaes with a 2-month delay in delivery and one missing in dellivery, I felt too worn out even to make compliant at Native/PetAlive. In my second attempt out of desperate need of the product for my senile dog, the delivery was made to a wrong person, and I had to spend all my energy and patience left to retrieve the stuff. I lost weight and my own good health in the meantime. And their automatic robot-like e-mail responses almost killed me.

I've been looking for natural ways to deal with a hyperthyroid condition (including goiters) for some time. I think I ran across someone writing to a forum that they or someone they knew had had success with ThyroSoothe from Native Remedies. So, I decided to give it a shot, and bought three bottles, enough for three months. I am using my first bottle at this time, and cannot say that I feel any difference at this time, but they said it could take up to a month or regular use to start experiencing results--as is the case with non pharmaceutical products. So, I will let you know what happens.

it was a good experience. Placing the order was easy. But it has been almost three weeks, and I haven't noticed much difference in the bad breath situation. It was stated it may take 2-3 weeks. We'll see.

Excellent experience, but my cat was so ill with other problems that he had to be put down before I could use the product. So I'll pass it on to the no kill shelter that I work at and could be used to help the cats that have sinus problems. God Bless my Little Peter kitty.

I ordered on line ,which is something I do not do very often so I struggled with a little bit the first time however the second time it went a lot better. I like the parcel post the best because of the lesser charge and I recieved it in the time limit of 2 weeks which i felt was great.
