It was a good experience, except for the delivery service. Don't like the fact that they can leave my products outside where they can be stolen. Why can't they deliver to a PO Box at the Post Office? However, the customer service was great! I probably drove them crazy, I know I confused them because I was at my wits end because my precious dog was sick seems to be doing better since I got the products. Both products are excellent. The Broncho Soothe helps settle my lungs, especially with the high pollen count we currently have. The BioVent drops are wonderful. I have had rather severe asthma for 15 years and have never used a product that is so soothing.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

This was my first order from them. The website said they would ship my order within 24 hrs. They have not shipped it yet and it has been a week. I contacted them by email and I am being told the product is on backorder and it may be 1-4 weeks longer. I am dissatisfied with this.
