I ordered some products back in October of 2011.  I have sent numerous e-mails, called (only to be given the "contact through web site" message), and to date have received one response saying there was a problem at the warehouse, and it should not be more than 4-7 days (this was two months ago!).  I have not received any more contact, and when I looked on the web site, you can cancel the order, but will not be refunded any money (even though I specifically asked for a refund several times).  No one should do business with this rip off company1

I was extra pleased, yet a little confused, as an item had been listed as out of stock but then did come on time with the other item. A pleasant surprise, they must have just got it in but hadn't put it in the system yet (note this was over the holidays.) As always, I'm very pleased with Native Remedies.

I've pruchased other products from this merchant - I just went on line to order an additional product. Distressed to find out it will take 1-4 weeks for this product to be available. My cat should have it now but I will order and just wait for it to be availabile.

Great selection of items with informative, helpful descriptions. I was skeptical thinking BrightSpark and Focus Formula would work on my Autistic child after experiencing prescribed drugs like Zoloft and Vyvanse which has long term side effects. The dosage was increased as he grew which frightened me. I noticed his speech was slurred as if he was heavily medicated while using the prescribed medicines. Now while under continuous use of BrightSpark & Focus formula, he is speaking clearly and he is more verbal. Thank you

I would recommend Native Remedies as a reputable company. I would order from them again. They have been back ordered on the product I ordered so I don't have an answer for no. 2. However your survey doesn't alow for that possibility {something I think you should consider} So I had to say no.I expect the product is in high demand because it works where the vets product is horrible and dosn't work!!!

I have been using remedies from Pet Alive for many years now and haven't found any that I wasn't happy with. The 1st remedies that I used were Respo-K, AmazaPet and SinuRite. These products saved my cat, Tiggy's life and since then I have purchased all the other products for varying medical issues with my furry kids (3 big dogs & 5 cats) The remedies are easy to administer and most of all - EFECTIVE! I tell everyone I meet about Native Remedies & Pet Alive.
