We purchased a Queen size Cerulean mattress from Nationwide in 2004. It came very promptly. We have not had great luck with air bladders. they have needed to be replaced 3 times on my husbands side and twice on mine, and we replaced the pump once, but each time I call Nationwide responds right away, can find our info in the database and always ships replacements promptly.  Super nice people and professional. The bed is comfortable and I love the fact that we can adjust the sides to our own preferences as my hubby and I sleep very differently. Nationwide has been a great company to work with. The first two air bladder replacements and pump were done at no charge since it was within the first 2 years. The last two I have only had to pay to ship back. Nationwide has always been very helpful and prompt at sending replacement. It takes a few days to get the replacements which makes it hard, since you have no support with out the bladder or the pump.  I am told I will get prorated bladder replacements now that it has been five years when I need to replace them in the future.

A good bed if you don't mind having to replace bladders fairly often, very comfortable.  I really recommend Nationwide if you are going to purchase a comfortaire mattress. I wish the bladders were more durable.  It is not a low maintenance bed. But great if one person likes soft and the other a firm mattress.
