I just placed my order for the Comfortaire California King Cerulean, and I can honestly say that I have never had such GREAT customer service. I had been shopping around many local stores looking for a new mattress (with little satisfaction) and decided to turn to the internet. I did a simple Google search for the mattress I was interested in and stumbled upon Nationwidemattress.com. Needless to say, it was like finding a gold-mine! I noticed on the site that customer service was available for calls even into the evening. I was a little leary about calling and had my doubts that I would even get straight answers to my questions and anticipated being pressured to make a purchase or to not bother calling so late.

Despite my reservations I called around 10 p.m. (Pacific time) and was able to wrestle with my questions for over an hour with Richard (most places are just annoyed that you even call or come into the store in the evening, AND I didn't even place my order at the time). It wasn't till part-way through the conversation that I learned that we was the President of the company. I couldn't believe that I was talking to the president at nearly 11 o'clock at night!

Richard was both curtious and professional and was willing to reflect honestly about the product I was interested in.
The time that he took to educate me empowered me to buy with confidence. I can't say enough good about the great experience I have had in shopping with Nationwidemattress.com! Thank you and I look forward to getting my mattress soon.
