This might be the most satisfied I have every been with a store and a purchase. In my opinion... best products on the market, most professional and attentive service. Most competent and expert advice - does not push expensive products you don't need. Fast delivery, attention to detail regarding the order specifications. The result is the fullest and most restful sleep we have had - Comfortaire has made improvements that are noticable in their product. We had a Comfortaire mattress for about 8 years. When we recently upgraded our bedroom furniture to go to a standard King, we gave away our Comfortaire to a friend - who by the way raves about the bed as the best he ever slept on by far! We have been reading and checking out foam mattresses and went with a foam mattress that seemed to be what we wanted. The first night, we knew we had made a mistake - it did not get better after several weeks. My wife checked out some stores and went to Richard's Nationwide Mattress store in McKinney, TX - he also has the most informative mattress and Comfortaire website (www.nationwidemattress.com). They had Comfortaire and they had plenty of models to choose from. Richard talked to her at length about her preferences and recommended 2 options. We definitely got the right product for our needs - a mid-range mattress with the memory foam topper custom sized to fit on top of the mattress. Richard runs an incredibly professional operation - and I work with CEOs and entrepreneurs - he has a passion and a gift for customer service. The bed arrived in 3 business days, which enabled us to switch it out before our foam bed was picked up for return.
