Richard (the owner) of NationwideMattress.com is one great guy selling a great bed!!!! My wife and I bought the Comfortaire Celesta bed and loved it but were having a couple of issues getting comfortable on our bed. Richard walked us through how the bed works and how we should adjust to the bed to increase our comfort. Anyway to make a long story short, my wife and I love our bed and wanted to let everyone know that the customer service that we received from Richard and NationWidemMattress.com was way over expectations. In my experience the only place worse than a used car lot was a bed store, but Richard has changed that. Not only did he walk us through our purchase he followed up with us to make sure we received everything and that it all worked as advertised. Then he offered more help 6 weeks after the sell that made our bed even more comfortable. Anyone looking for an air mattress really owes it to them selves to give Richard a call. You will not regret it and believe me when you read all these great feedback scores they are all true. I am blown away with the service I received.
