Simply the best service of any retailer found on the web!
We purchased our Comfortaire mattress with the memory foam pad several years ago from Richard.
Note: Before choosing the Comfortaire or Nationwide I did a lot of research on the web. I'm all about value and like to get the best deal for my money. I didn't know what kind of service I'd receive at Nationwide, but they had the best price on the Comfortaire (which I feel is the best mattress for the money based on features). The mattress was shipped as promised and exceeded our expectations. We couldn't believe how much better we slept, and have recommended the mattress and Nationwide Mattress to all our friends (especially anyone that mentions back problems).
As great as the mattress is, it appears that the memory foam pad has developed some tears on my side of the bed. I called up Nationwide at 9pm on a Sunday night (since they say they're open 365 days a year) to ask for pricing on a new pad. Well, I talk to Richard and he tells me it's no problem. The pad is under warranty and a new one will be out in a couple of days (at no charge)! I couldn't believe it. If you've shopped online for memory foam pads, you'll see that he saved me a couple of hundred $$ on a new king size pad. Thanks Richard!
