I started shopping for a mattress about 4 months ago when I started a new job. I was putting a lot of time in, and waking every morning with back pain. I watched all the commercials and infomercials for the adjustable air beds and the memory foam mattresses. I pride myself on being as educated consumer as possible, so it was time to scour the net and find out how much these "miracle mattresses" cost and what people thought of them. After about a month's worth of research, I decided on a comfortaire cerenity. The best pricing I could find was on the Nationwide Mattress.com website. I still had a few questions to ask before I placed my order. So I called the 800 number and was connected to a nice salesman named Richard D. who promptly answered my questions. I've been in sales now for about 8 years, and this guy is a SALESMAN. No B.S., no trying to sell me stuff I didn't need, no pushy-ness. He simply gave me all the info I needed, and let me decide what was best for me. I called him back the next day with my order. He told me my mattress was being drop shipped, and I could expect it in 2 - 3 weeks. 1 week later I received an e-mail from him w/ tracking info, and my mattress was on my doorstep the next day. Since then, I have asked him a few questions via e-mail, and his response has been super fast (like faster than calling and asking the operator to connect me to him fast!). Great service, and I would do business again!
