VERY quick to supply my order, but one of my items was the wrong size (I received King sized pillow covers instead of the queen sized ones I ordered). I did not return/exchange them, so I can't say whether or not they would have responded expediently. However, I would definitely use them again as their selection and prices are the best I found and I was not very inconvenienced by the mix up.

Excellent company! I have shopped with them for at least 5 years. They only sell the best available product. Their pricing is below any local "big box" store, and they have excellent customer service. I use them for every allergy-related purchase.

Several years ago I purchased a mattress encasing. The zipper pull recently broke when the encasing was washed. When I called about the broken zipper, the encasing was replaced free of charge, and with no shipping charges. National Allergy Supply is very helpful, courteous, and a pleasure to do business with.

The supplies were damaged in shipment by FedEx. FedEx on-line tracking did not inform me of the damaged goods until after it had already returned the items to Duluth. I called and pressed FedEx when the box had sat in the local distribution center for days. They told me it would be delivered. The tracking finally indicated that the box had been delivered Duluth. I was very frustrated with FedEx for their lack of follow-up on my requests to locate the package and it was not until I saw a delivery notice to Duluth on-line that FedEx finally told me that the box had been damaged. That was at least 4 days after they knew it was damaged and was supposed to have been delivered. Fortunately, when I called NAS about the problem, they immediately found the returned,damaged products and called me back within 30 minutes to let me know that the package had been refilled and was being sent 2-day delivery at no cost to me. I received it within 2 days. I was very pleased and impressed. I am equally pleased and impressed with the products I have used so far. NAS responded quickly and appropriately to fix a problem they did not cause. In a time when customer service seems to be a forgotten art and an important part of good business, NAS impressed me and I have already recommended NAS to many of my friends and especially to those friends with allergy difficulties/ sensitivities. They shipped my filter, but it was damaged during shipping. No problem - I called and they are sending a new one right away without me having to pay to ship this one back. All I have to do is leave it for the Fed Ex guy and all is well. Very nice customer service staff.

Ordered Dishwashing liquid noted above. Also ordered free & clear shampoo. All the lids were loose. The inner seal kept the shampoo from leaking. The dish washing liquid's inner seal was broken and it leaked.

National Allergy Supply had a good selection of well-priced products. Their shipping was quick and they emailed me an alert at the time of the shipping. Their website was also easy to use and contained product comparisons and detailed descriptions and reviews of each product which made it easy to choose things that were right for my situation. And the pillows we chose are truly the most comfortable pillows we've ever had! :)

I appreciate when a vendor provides the Fed Ex (or UPS) tracking number to track my order during shipping. In addition, the discount for purchasing a years worth of filters was a great cost savings, which was less expensive than other vendors I checked out on-line! I will definitely look at National Allergy Supply first before making a purchase of this kind!

National Allergy Supply is very good on service. My main complaint is they don't give you much in the way of shipping options. Many times these items weigh very little, but since they don't give you the option of choosing the popular UPS or USPS you may wind up paying much more for shipping than is actually necessary. I order well enough in advance that I'd prefer to save money and wait a week or ten days for my order.
