N State Packaging

Received my tissue paper with a yellow oily brown stain that smelled like a dried up(rodent)urine. When I notified them, they didn't even write back to apologize. I sent the 20 sheets that were ruined back to them and still no response, no email, no phone call to follow up. I will never shop there again.

I liked being able to find exact descriptions of a product. I liked being able to buy in quantities that I could use. I liked being able to 'see' before I buy. I like the communication from the seller on transport. I haven't not used this tape before and I 'hope' it performs as described. That is being water resistant. I am using it to cover a paper label that is placed on a plastic container.

I'm disappointed. Pictures of the ribbon were deceiving. I expected 1" ribbon but received 1/8" ribbon which was able to be stretched to 1". Since I'm putting bows together for Memorial day in a Veterans Park I need wider ribbon. I'm trying to do the best with what I've misordered.

I thought at first it was great because it was very hard to find the product, but the condition in which we received it was really unacceptable but with us being short on time for our event we kept it.
