The air conditioner had soe minor damage. Some parts were bent. I was unaware that I needed a accessory kit so it would fit my window. That would have been helpful info. I e-mailed NYLiving and have not heard from them.

They not only had the best price and assortment for the item but they also offered low shipping costs. The product I ordered was not light 20-25 pounds so I know I saved a bundle on the shipping charges. I received the product in 3 business days in perfect condition. I have already referred others to NY Living.

NY Living is a great e-merchant: fast reliable ordering and shipping. Best of all are there prices. I purchased the LYNX barbeque rotisserie grill, I needed it a few days before July 4th and on such short notice NY Living understood my situation and were able to perform my request without charging me unfair shipping charges.

I ordered a fridge (or I think I ordered--the 800 number is never operational and the website account information is worthless) from nyliving.com. Haven't heard of lizmadison.com--not sure what's going on with that. Anyhow, the customer service for this "company" is non-existent. I should have read the other reviews on epinions before I ordered from this site. Definately a bad move, and I wouldn't recommend to anyone to buy anything from this site.

DO NOT EVER BUY at this store NEVER no matter the prices appear to be. They use a very dishonest politic about stock. When you buy at their Internet site, all the products shows like available but later when you are supouse to receive what you all ready paid for; you receive a email notify the products are at BACKORDER, and they can be at that status for weeks.

When my oven died I was frantic. I can’t cook, we will have to eat out everyday. I am an old fashioned mom. I like the family to eat together around the dinner table and talk about their day, so when the oven died I was really upset. Then my husband found this beautiful oven on the internet and I just loved it so much that I had to write this review about the oven and my experience with Liz Madison. It was one of the best overall experiences in online shopping that I have ever had. I am not what you would call “Computer Savvy” but I know how to check email and shop so I know a good online store when is see one. Liz Madison is the store for me.

I purchased a Spremy Tomato Strainer from LizMadison.com. Excellent price, as low as one might find on ebay. I opted for free shipping and expected to receive the product in 2 weeks or so. It arrived in two days in perfect condition.

This review should be considered along with reviews that have needed customer service or the need to return an item. I did not have any experience with this company in these areas.

I ORDERED MY DISHWASHER ONLINE ON JULY 9TH. IT IS NOW JULY 23RD. TO DATE I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THIS MERCHANT REGARDING DELIVERY VIA PHONE/EMAIL. I ordered a toaster through LizMadison online on February 11, and requested 2-3 day delivery. My confirmation was quickly emailed, with the notation that the item was "in warehouse." On February 13 my "shipped order email confirmation" was sent. By February 24 I realized I had not heard from the intended recipient so I checked with LizMadison via email. I later received a phone message from Victoria at ext 262 / 800 381 3178, saying my order had not been shipped from the factory, but I could still pay for 2-3 delivery once the shipment went out. Now, on February 28, Sean Daniels at the same LizMadison phone number says my order was canceled on February 25, and notice to me probably would be sent today via email that "could take 24 hours to arrive." No supervisor was available for me to speak to, despite my insistent requests. "You're not listening to me," I was told.
