Reviewed this site on epinions and decided to give them a chance even though they were not yet rated. Ordered the Cuisinart Hand Prep Food Processor on December 6, 2004. This site listed it as 'IN STOCK', and claimed items usually ship within 2 to 3 business days. I'd like to mention that I ordered two other items from two other internet websites the same day. Received both of the other items within a weeks time. Waited over a week and still hadn't even received a shipping confirmation from Liz Madison. Finally telephoned customer service to question if it was REALLY even in stock. CS rep informed me that the item 'is in stock' and would be delivered the week after Christmas. I canceled the order at that moment and will not do business with with them again. I realize it's the busy holiday season, but I'm sure these other places I ordered from are JUST AS BUSY as Liz Madison, yet they are able to get the products shipped without any problem. I needed this food processor BEFORE the holidays for my own cooking purposes since my old cheapie broke. I think they need to work on their order/shipping process because other companies are much more prompt. Over 3 weeks is too long to wait for an 'in stock' item.
