Their website indicated they had them in stock. I ordered it and later was told it was not in stock. I then ordered it from another supplier and cancelled this order. They definitely received my request to cancel the order because they asked whether they could send it the following week. I tild them no that I had to have it now. They sent it anyway the following week.

We've ordered many lamps from this company and have had a really good experience. The recent order had a slight problem (we ordered a lamp with the module, but was accidently sent the bare lamp). So I called and Tom was very professional and helpful. He sent out the parts required to connect the bare lamp to our existing module. We will continue to purchase lamps from this company.

There was confusion on the web site. Both lamps with and without cage were listed and we inadvertantly ordered the lamp without cage which is not what I wanted. They should show two different pictures instead of having them toggle between either or.

I ordered a lamp on Aug.18 and received it in perfect conditions on Aug. 21. All the buying process was easy and the installation of the lamp to the old case was pretty simple, it took about 10 min. and it worked perfectly.
Great experience. I need another lamp for another projector and I'll buy with them for sure. The price is excelent.

I had some concerns about not receiving the projector lamp at all or getting the wrong one, because I read some of other user reviews, are gone. This buy was easy.

Sent me the wrong bulb and did not refund my money. The bulb wasn't even close to what I needed for my projector. I believe they know that they are sending the wrong bulb and know that you can do nothing to get your money back.

The package came quickly but the lamp was defected. I sent back the defective lamp according to the instructions and I have not yet received another good lamp instead.

I ordered a lamp for my Optoma H56 from them. I wish I had read these comments before ordering. I ordered my lamp 14.10. and it arrived this monday. Problem is that they sent me too a lamp that does not fit into the module. The sticker on the box says that the lamp is for H56, but I can assure you that you can not install this lamp to a H56 without a hammer. Lamp is different looking from the original too. They have wrong lamps in their H56-boxes. So be careful. I lost 310 euros (including taxes and delivery).

it is so easy to buy somethng from myprojectorlamps.com. bu last time i had a problem. because i forget to choose the shipping type. i waited two days for tracking number. but no e-mail. so i called myprojectorlamps.com, and they said:"u made a mistake so we didint send your lamp" . but i lost two days. and it is a really big time for me two days. so i used my credit card and they took the upgrade money, and give the lamps shipping. it was really bed experience for me.
my opinion is: when i choose the shipping address, it should calculate the shipping outomaticly. i mean when i choose turkey, it should choose the shipping type automaticly. and i wouldnt wait for two days for nothing.

When my original lamp burnt out after only 9 months and probably 1000 hours of use I had to quickly find a new one. I decided to try MyProjectorLamps because the price of the lamp for my Sanyo Z2 was half of the best price I was otherwise able to find.
The lamp arrived overseas to Sweden after only 10 days. I had to replace parts from the original lamp to the new one which only took me about 5 minutes and proceeded to install and test the new one. Since it was pure daylight when I turned on my projector I didn't expect to see any differences. However I was surprised that I actually had a great picture and nice contrast and black even with the amount of light that was seeping through my blinds. I don't think that the original ever provided me with the great picture that I am still enjoying on my 4 th month of use with the new MyProjectorLamp that I have today.

I thought that my experience was great! I loved the ability to match up my projector to find the right bulb. I figured that the bulb did not come with the mount (because of the great price), but this should be clearly stated on the site to avoid confusion.

I got two lamps for a 7700p projector. Prices are great, sales order person was very friendly, delivery was fast. I've recommended this vendor to a friend. Would order lamps from them in the future.

Everyone we spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful and very polite and nice. They understood what we needed and got it to us quickly! We were very pleased and loved the idea that they offer the lamps with the whole assembly as well as just the lamp themselves. That was a major plus and the prices were great compared to others!
