I LOVE THE RING, BUT AFTER WEARING IT 3 DAYS, THE CLUSTER OF DIAMONDS, BROKE OFF, I NOTIFIED THE CO. BUT HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING BACK FROM THEM. I TELEPHONED THEM, ALSO E-MAILED THEM. WAITING FOR A REPLY, AS I REALLY LIKE THE RING, BUT DON'T WANT TO BE AFRAID TO WEAR IT, FOR FEAR IT WILL COME OFF AGAIN,IF IT IS REPLACED, OR FIXED, LUCKLY, WITH THE HELP OF FRIENDS I FOUND THE CLUSTER OF DIAMONDS. My one prior experience involved returning a pair of pink Crislu earings that were a shade lighter than pictured, and did not go with a Crislu ring I already had. Returning them was no problem. The 2 recent purchases I am pleased with.
