I ordered clothing that was too small. The person that I bought them for was overseas. When a size check was possible it had gone beyond the short 30 day return date. The company was not reasonable and disallowed the return for credit or refund.

Very speedy delivery, I ordered my merchandise on Friday Morning and received it on Monday afternoon. Although wanting to see the different colors on the web site, did not show any of the colors of the blouse. I the quality of the blouse was excellent.

I placed an order well in advance and paid for express delivery for merchandise for my fiance to wear as his wedding outfit for our beach wedding. I didn't received the merchandise as expected. The rep gave me all the wrong tracking information. The rep couldn't see to find my order although I had recieved follow-p emails. I told the rep to forget it as it was too late. When I got home from my wedding, the merchandise was here, however I didn't get everything I ordered anyway. Thank God we were able to find another outfit for my fiance to wear! It was NOT a good shopping expereince.

They were very slow and didn't even send me one purchase. After two weeks I called and left a message (the only way to contact them except email) and received an email that the product was sold out. It was very pour service. And to return I had to email and get some kind of special code. It was a hassle.

I expected to receive the shirt by Jan. 5th, as it was in Miami on Monday, the 3rd. It arrived on the 6th, but I had already left town. I was able to pick it up from the post office upon my return Jan. 12th.

The items werre not received in a timely manner. I tried time and time again to contact the vendor and lesft several messages. The vendor never contacted me in return. In the end I did not have the items I wanted for the event I was attending. Extremely poor customer service.

It was very easy to find my item and purchase it online. Then when the Post office sent it to the wrong location, you were able to locate it easily and let me know what happened. I appreciate it very much and my husband loves his new shirt!

The return policy is tedious and unacceptably difficult (e.g., very short time frame, nerve-racking worry to miss the window of opportunity to return the item). I MIGHT return to this web vendor, but not if I can find the same products at a more customer-friendly web retailer.

Ordered two lightweight cotton/poly Cuban shirts. Only received one as desired, the other shirt was substituted with a heavy rayon/poly that I did not order and do not want. Also, per store policy, I am responsible for shipping and handling of the return. Still haven't received second shirt in cotton/poly black.

Left pocket on white shirt was not sewed well . Thread was hanging down. Came back from laundry and pocker thread came undone. I havent worn the other two. The blue and beige ones. Have been sent to laundry and they havent come back yet
