The Customer service I have received has been outstanding, at every stage of the manufacturing process I was kept informed of their progress with my product, even after the product has been delivered, and they are still in contact making sure everything is to my expectations.  Delivery was even earlier than was scheduled, which was very pleasing indeed.  I was a little sceptical about the online measuring system but the results are fantastic and exactly what I needed!  The shirt I received fitted perfectly and I will definitely be ordering more from Ravis Custom Tailors in the future.  Though I think next time I will be ordering swatches before my purchase, though I am very happy with the colour of the shirt it is not the exact shade I was expecting, so I would recommend that to anyone about to purchase an item of clothing, this also gives you the opportunity to sample the fine range of material available at Ravis.  Now I would like to see how a custom fitting suit now compares to an off the rack one, and if my new shirt is anything to go by then I don’t think I am going to be disappointed!
