I have ordered three suits (this review concerns one made about a year ago (RT11995666896) and as many shirts from Ravis and I have to say that my overall experience with them has been quite good.  The customer service is satisfactory, (I would have rated it excellent were their response to emails a little quicker).  The selection of fabrics is very good, though my tastes tend to be a bit more of the "dandy" type and as a result of that my orders are usually CMT (where I send them my fabric and they make the garment).  The design and user friendliness of their site has improved tremendously and for that I applaud them for listening to their customers.  The area where they really shine is in workmanship.  I dabble in garment making, (having made about 5 suits and well over 100 dress shirts), and I must say, their craftsmanship, for a MTM (IMO,they aren't really bespoke because they don't draft a pattern for you, and you aren't there personally in most cases for mutiple fittings) operation is excellent.  They offer features such as working sleeve buttons, hacking pockets, discreet pic stitching, sweat shields, fish mouth waistband seams, etc.  The finish of the garment is outstanding.  Besides that, the turnaround time is fantastic.  One garment I had returned to me, from start to finish, in only 19 days and it only cost me about 24 dollars more for this expedited service.  Since I am able to give very exact measurements, from the very first garment I had made the fit has been great.  If ordering for the first time I would suggest only a pair of trousers or a shirt.  Or have a local tailor measure you for a nominal fee and use the measurements he provides.  In any case, Ravis Tailor is a great value for the money and I would recommend them wholeheartedly.
