When you decide to try something of this complexity for the first time you wonder...'am I doing the right thing?'  However, I can now say unequivocally that I made the right choice for an "online tailor".  Most of my experience in ordering my first suit was relatively easy, although some portions of the process were tenuous, but necessary.  Any questions I had were easily cleared up by the courteous customer service personnel via e-mail.  Be meticulous with your measurements, and any special furnishings or accessories. If necessary go to a seamstress who can help you.  If you are not sure about what information is being asked, ask the helpful customer service personnel via email.

I rate all the following an A+:   Willingness to please the customer; quality of materials and workmanship; fit of garment; delivery speed; update progress reporting.

I rate the following a B (good but could be better):  response time on email questions.

Other suggestions: 1) order swatches before selecting your material, especially for suits; 2) review all information on the Web site...the more knowledgeable you are the better prepared you will be in completing your order; 3) do not be afraid to ask!

Given the same pricing considerations, I would gladly order again from Ravis Custom Tailors (MySuitShop.com).
