Overall, my experience with My Favorite Baby Carrier was good. The 90-day money back trial is awesome and really allowed me to buy with confidence. The trial even applies to used merchandise! Customer service was also good. I wanted to buy a Heart to Heart infant insert but they were out of stock. I emailed and called to ask when they would be back in stock, and my messages were returned (by both email and phone) the next day. However, I have three small complaints. First, the website is somewhat cluttered and not very user-friendly. For instance, there is no direct link to the list of used carriers and accessories available on the main page. (You have to go to the FAQ page, then click "Used Ergo Carrier Page".) Second, the list of accessories available for sale was out-of-date: one page listed the Heart to Heart insert as in stock, but when I tried to add it to my cart it was suddenly unavailable. Third, when I spoke to the customer service representative about when the Heart to Heart inserts would be back in stock, he told me they would be available after 5pm that day... and when I checked that evening at 7pm they weren't on the website yet. I ended up buying the Heart to Heart insert elsewhere since I needed it quickly and couldn't wait for myfavoritebabycarrier.com to update their website. Overall, though, I had a good shopping experience here. My Ergo Sport carrier is great! I would shop here again.

This website was extremely helpful in my decision to purchase an Ergo baby carrier. The 90-day return policy, extensive description and FAQs, free shipping, and good price were what convinced me to purchase the carrier here rather than a big-name online retailer. I received the carrier much sooner then expected. The only down side was the false advertising on the website. They said you would receive a free baby sign language video with the purchase, which I did not receive. The carrier is in excellent condition, but I question as to wether it was new or not. It was not in the original plastic bag that they come in. It was in the original box, but not the plastic. I have a feeling someone ordered it, and returned it. Oh well...I do like the carrier.

I left a phone message on Wednesday regarding the use of the carrier and it's now Saturday and I haven't heard back. On the message , they said they return calls or se nd an email within 24 hours. It took over a week to get shipped which seemed a little to long. But the reason I ordered it from this company was because of the free shipping. The site did say it would ship in 1-2 days, so I'm not sure if it was supposed to leave the wherehouse or arrive in 1-2 days. Either way it didn't arrive on time. Besides that I am very happy with the ergo.

My shopping experience at My Favorite Baby was very satisfactory. There was a slight shipping problem though. I bought the baby carrier one evening and requested that it be sent to my daughter in NC as her birthday present. The next day I ordered the extension strap and requested that it be shipped to me in VT. The carrier and the strap were both shipped to me in VT, so I had to re-ship the carrier to NC and missed her birthday by several days. That was disappointing, but the overall service and customer care more than made up for the shipping error.

I didn't get a confirmation email when I ordered so I had no idea if my order went through or if the carrier was on the way. I received the carrier quickly though - I got it in a few days. Unfortunately, I had to return it because my son hated the carrier. It took 2 emails and 4 days to find out how or where to return the carrier. Then it took 2 more weeks to get my refund.
