I ordered 2 cymbals, Sabian APX O-zone crash, and a pair of Paiste Noise Works 12" Fizzle Hats. Both stated in stock ready to ship. I received the order in their stated time frame, 5 days, no problem. Opened the box and half the order was missing. Paiste hi-hats were missing. Contacted the merchant by phone and e-mail, and neither stated if the order was back ordered or why I didn't receive the full order. I was charged for both items, of course. Still haven't had a notice if the item is back ordered. They pretty much left me hanging

Musicians Friend is always the best, and is by far the best online musical-stuff shopping site on the web. I used to go to zZounds, but when I realized that Musicians Friend had a much larger selection I tried them, and I don't use anyone else now.

I TRIED to buy mic stands from Musicians Friend but never received them. After a few days I checked the order on the website only to see the status field blank so I called to check up on my order. I was told my card was declined (which I never got any word of this prior to calling) because I hadn't used it in a year. The sales rep was very unhelpful and unapologetic and nothing was done to resolve the situation. I canceled my order and will order them from somewhere else.

The tracking numbers supplied were not tracking numbers, thus I could not track my shipments. This is very poor. I may use them again, but I'll just have to expect the fact of not being able to track my order.

I am very happy with my purchase. The merchant gave an exact condition to describe the product. The shipping was fairly fast considering that I live here in the Pacific US Trust Territories.
