outstanding first time experience for a major purchase of $2500... merchant made me comfortable with their reputation, selections and price through web site, comparisons and phone support. Great first time experience... wound up being such a great deal with free shipping and rebates we wound up buying a second set with my son and extras adding another $2500 order plus $400 in extra.... would do it again.

Return Customer. Electronics are always good, I have to hear an instrument before I buy it, although I have ordered two guitars thru MF and got some good sounding ones. Don't ask me about UPS...they left a $2000 guitar at 19246 instead of 19249!!!

Made the purchase with my credit card. The sale was held up due to a question regarding the phone number associated with the card. I discussed this issue with the company and explained that I use my cell phone for all of my business. The number they had was my work number. They wanted to either call them from my business phone which I could not because I was out of town, or call the credit card company an change the contact number to my cell phone, which I did not want to due to tela marketing calls etc. I use this card all of the time for online orders and have never run into this issue. I simple went to Sweet Water .com and purchase the same item with the same card. No problems at all. The item shipped the same day. Won't be back to these guys.

Items came very quickly. They are a Christmas present so I have not opened them up yet. I was confused about ordering the drumsticks. I didn't know if you purchase them seperately or if they came in sets of 2. Since I wasn't sure I ordered 2 and received a total of 4 sticks (which I really only wanted 2 (1 pair). I found that description unclear and confusing.

Some of the items were shown as "in stock" when in fact they weren't. The delays began to pile up and I needed the equipment for a live performance so they needed to switch gears on an expedited delivery which they completely botched up. Overnight doesn't mean anything when it takes 3 days to get off their dock. Anyhow...I cancelled the order completely and went to my local Guitar Centers who beat the price by 10% and got it same day. This incident was successful as I realized that Guitar Centers is the way to shop for my Musical Instrument needs from this point forward.
