Items came very quickly. They are a Christmas present so I have not opened them up yet. I was confused about ordering the drumsticks. I didn't know if you purchase them seperately or if they came in sets of 2. Since I wasn't sure I ordered 2 and received a total of 4 sticks (which I really only wanted 2 (1 pair). I found that description unclear and confusing.

Some of the items were shown as "in stock" when in fact they weren't. The delays began to pile up and I needed the equipment for a live performance so they needed to switch gears on an expedited delivery which they completely botched up. Overnight doesn't mean anything when it takes 3 days to get off their dock. Anyhow...I cancelled the order completely and went to my local Guitar Centers who beat the price by 10% and got it same day. This incident was successful as I realized that Guitar Centers is the way to shop for my Musical Instrument needs from this point forward.

Worst experience EVER!!  Ordered a 64gb Ipod Touch on the 3rd of November.  Item didn't ship until the 6th.  I was assured via phone, website, and email that the item was being shipped USPS Priority to my home in Guam (a U.S. Territory).  After 2 weeks, called to get a tracking status (the tracking info in the e-mail didn't work).  I was told that it was shipped 4th class, in complete violation of their own shipping policy.  Was also told that if the item never arrived, or was damaged in shipping that there was nothing they could or would do about it because they have a no return/refund policy for ipods.  (something also in violation of their shipping policies)  Their customer service reps didn't care about our situation.  I am in the Military, and have had hundreds of things purchased and shipped all over the world.  I have never been treated like this before.   DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Excellent all around. I received a mailer with my package about the latest specials, which included two of the items I purchased. I called them and within 5 minutes they credited me $15 for items that had gone on sale after my purchase (for price matching)! That's just one way of providing excellent service.
