MY PRODUCT WAS NOT AVAILABLE WHEN I FIRST PLACED MY ORDER, EVEN THOUGH THEIR SYSTEM SAID IT WAS, BUT THEY TOOK THE NECESSARY STEPS TO NOTIFY ME AND CORRECT THEIR MISTAKE, AND SENT ME THE PRODUCT ON TIME FOR MY WIFE'S BIRTHDAY AFTER I ORDERED A DIFFERENT ITEM. Overall, a positive experience-the only improvement I'd recommend is for the merchant to ensure the box containing the music box is in better shape. The box my item came in was rather "beat up"-the corners of the box were pushed in, the flap didn't fit well. The item itself is fine-no damage at all. However, since this is a gift, the outer box looks poor and is rather flimsy-it won't make for a very good presentation. Overall, a positive experience in terms of ease of ordering and receipt of the item ordered including tracking. It's just that outer box that looked like it had been used previously......

I sent a message with my order regarding the urgency of receiving my request on time. They responded immediately with a suggestion to upgrade my shipping at minimum cost to insure my receipt on time since they were on the West Coast and I am on the East Coast. They also contacted me when the shipment went out. They were very helpful, prompt and the order was received in time and in excellent condition. I would not only order from them again but I would also recommend them to my friends, which is something that I don't do unless I am very impressed.

The music feature where I can sample the music before hand is great. The box itself was very nice and I really liked the Reuge music piece in the box. Maybe they could expand the line up of songs and add them to the listening selections.

Scary shopping with a vendor that I wasn't familiar with. But, they gave shipment tracking info (mine sent usps-ground). When product was received, it EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS! The jewelry music box that I ordered is beautiful and the music element met expectations (sample was available online). Would most definitely shop with them again. Would however, like to see a better web interface. Would recommend to other shoppers!

I have no quarrel with this merchant. I have received his merchandise and given it as a gift and he has been paid. I, personally, only wanted to hear additional refrains of the music I selected and made that statement per your request. Subsequently, the merchant's letter profoundly stated my ineptness in knowing of music box history and methods....I yield.....because I really don't care about this..life has so much more to offer than quarreling over this passerby experience. They offered an impressive line of quality music boxes. The audio examples on the web site were very helpful. The music box was Expressed shipped and arrived earlier that I expected. The music box package had been opened prior to shipment and had visible blemishes on the outer case. This was disapointing. Otherwise, I was very pleased with this order, company and website.
