Mounts and More CSN Store

The website was well organized and easy to find products. I was shocked though that it was advertised as "no shipping charge" but when the products were delivered, I was told there was a charge to deliver it "inside" . I'm waiting to find out if I will be charged this additional amount - anywhere from $50 - $100 the delivery person stated - One piece of one of the AV carts was slightly bent, but not enough for me to send it back. The non-skid mats though were not packaged at all and required cleaning before they could be used. When I tried to check on the status of my order, it only ever said "in warehouse", so I didn't know when it actually left the warehouse. All of these things seemed fairly minor (except for the $50-$100 possible delivery charge. The general prices at this company and variety of merchandise would bring me back.

I received the screen damaged, the houseing was dented. The dent will not show, and I didn't want to wait to ship it back and wait for a new one to be shipped. I would have been better off buying this product at a local vender.

The order process was smooth. The da-lite screen was shipped directly from the manufacturer. It was delivered on time and in excellent condition. I am completely satisfied with this transaction and am looking forward to ordering more stuff from "mounts and more".

Overall, Mounts and More offered the best prices on the merchandise I was looking to buy. The merchandise was exactly as advertised and arrived in excellent condition. There was a delay in shipping my order due to some items in my order being on backorder and the fact that one of the items I ordered would not fit correctly with the other items. The Mounts and More website was not updated in a timely manner to show that my order had missed its scheduled ship date. But, after I called and got in touch with a knowledgeable customer service rep, I did get timely updates on the status of my order and they did inform me of the incompatible item in my order and offered to substitute a higher-priced item that was compatible for the same price as the item I had ordered. I have already placed another order with Mounts and More and received it promptly...in fact it was delivered to my house before the Mounts and More website showed that it had shipped.

I phoned Mounts and More prior to ordering a dual arm wall mount for a Sony 23" LCD. I was given an item number and assured, by customer service, that this item was all that was needed for that particular LCD. After several days I received the item. You guessed it - customer service was wrong. I now needed an additional FSB Interface Bracket at an additional cost of $76.00.

Delivery was timely. Order accuracy was POOR. Customer service was polite but not knowledgeable. I was not satisfied and will shop elsewhere.

Delivery speed:
Everything arrived as expected and in the time frames provided. They were good enough to tell me where the items were being shipped from since there were multiple manufacturers involved.
Order accuracy:
No problems at all. I asked some questions via e-mail and received back a very helpful response with links to all the products I would need for my application.
Customer service:
The order was for a ceiling projector mount. Having not mounted a projector on the ceiling previously and having an unfinished basement I had a number of questions. I both e-mailed and spoke over the phone with customer service and the assistance was very helpful. Turned some of the mystery of the mount into working knowledge.
Overall satisfaction:
I'd purchase from Mounts and More again. I had no problems at all.

My experience was just as you would expect from a good online reseller. They sent an order confirm, then a shipping confirm with tracking number, product arrived as expected in proper packaging. I installed my new speaker mounts and it makes my speaker system look sharp and professionally installed. I would do business with Mounts and More again as they were very professional.

They found the mount, added it to their site, and called me back to tell me that I could place an online order. This all happened in less than 24 hours. I was initially attracted to this retailer because they had a good selection and seemed to have the best prices I could find. However, I had a bunch of semi-involved questions about a couple of their products, and I was blown away when they answered each question for me intelligently and in a friendly manner -- as opposed to many of my interactions with Internet reseller pre-sales support which is either nonexistent, completely unhelpful, or absolutely minimal, cryptic, and terse. Customer service was decent. They couldn't indicate with 100% certainty that the rebadged Samsung plasma TV I bought (rebadged as a popular AKAI sold through Costco) would work with the universal mount. It did. The service rep was very cordial on the phone.

Purchased a mount for my CRT projector plus an extension pole to allow the projector to be mounted below my drop ceiling. The price was the best on the web that I could find. Order was delivered within a week. The instructions were also clear and easy to follow.

In the end I did not use the extension pole but was able to send it back and received a refund with no problems.
