My product arrived slightly dented. I have been talking with customer service and it looks like my product will be picked up in a couple of weeks and my card will be credited for a refund. If this goes well, I will still look to buy another tv stand from here because of their large selection and low prices. If the return does not go well, I would probably buy from a different company.

I bought a mounting rack for my Plasma TV. I couldn't find one for my precise model so I called up. The guy that answered picked up the phone quickly and looked it up for me and made a recommendation and suggested that I order it through the internet site (which I would prefer anyway). Everything went well, I got confirmation emails and the product arrived very quickly. There were a few scratches on the mount but it doesn't bother me since they will be hidden behind the Plasma. I haven't mounted it yet but expect that it'll be fine for my needs.
My only criticism is that their web site should have an option which allows the shopper to enter the precise TV that they have and see a list of matching mounts.
However, my purchase couldn't have been easier and I was very happy with the advice, speed of delivery and cost. Recommended.

Customer service was excellent, the trucking company was rough on the box, not sure of the complete outcome yet. I did note on the packing slip of the freight damage. I will purchase from them in the future, this damage was in no way thier fault, just a trucking company's lack of care for a $3000.00 screen.

The mount I ordered was the Sanus VisionMount LCD/Plasma TV Wall Mount (VMSAb) Finish:Black. What I recieved was the Silver mount (VMSAs). If I hadn't wanted to get my Television mounted and not take the time and trouble to return the silver mount and to wait for you to ship me the Black mount I would have returned it for exchange. Please advise your shipping department of their mistake. The mount is great and the shipping was as expected just the color was wrong.

I phoned in my order because I had questions on what I wanted to by.I found the sales people knowledgable about their products.I was informed on how everthing was going to be shiped.2 ups & 1 truck freight.I got confermation & tracking #s as they were shiped.1 was back order but got to me before the date it was suppose to.The back of truck freight arrived undamage[good job Road Way trucking]..I had a problem with a missing part from the manufactor.I made 1 call to mounts& more & thats all it took to get the part.I figured I saved $200 shoping here.I WOULD SHOP HERE AGAIN.I FOUND THEM TO BE TRULY CONCERN WITH MY ORDER & TO BE TRUSTWORTHY.I bought a ceiling mount-50ft s vedio cable & a 7ft x 9ft projection screen.
