The best product, with solid info and service

I've been buying from Mountain Gear and the website www.mgear.com for several years now. The product quality and selection is the best I have found for rockclimbing, mountaineering and telemark skiing. The information in the catalog and on the site is helpful and when I call it seems I get someone who knows what they are talking about. My orders arrive when they are supposed to and on the couple times I have needed to do an exchange or had a problem with the product they have taken great care of me. Seems I can always find a great deal in the sale section of the site. I have tried most of the rest of the outdoor sites and I find I keep coming back to these folks.
