Don't trust them, they will worm their way out of helping you.

This review is for their price matching policy, I only used them for my order because they had a free shipping deal going for the black friday/cyber monday weekend and more importantly the claimed price matching peace of mind. I placed my order and then the next day called about matching and guess what they include the other companies shipping into the price.
Example: You buy at 24.99, then see same item at 20.99 You call and say can i get my $4.00? Answer No, because there "price" is 20.99+8.99 S/H!!!!! So they are cheaper!!! And they pull this on EACH item! They were rude about their misrepresentation when i called about the email saying "My order was going to be more than we discussed" If you care about service and honesty skip these guys. If you don't mind paying a bit more from used motorcycle salesmen types go right ahead. |

I placed my first order with motosport.com, and am always a little nervous dealing with a company for the first time.
I placed my order late in the day on the 15th of August. My order was delivered mid afternoon on the 18th of August. Reasonable prices, and free 3 day delivery, I will be doing business with them again. I have not had to talk to customer service, nor have I had any type of warranty issue with them, and I hope I never have one. I have read that those are two areas where people have a gripe with them. I ordered four tires for my Yamaha ATV, and was surprised that they had even boxed the tires. I figured they would tape two tires together and glue a shipping label on them. With the dealing I have had with them, I am impressed with them. |

I ordered tires from this company. They stated they had them in stock and gave me 3 day free shipping on items over 99. That sounded great! I ordered them and two days later i checked the status. The site stated they were waiting for inventory. I called

Worst customer service if you have a legit issue

Worst customer service ever! They shipped a completely different tank than was shown on the website, then despite their published policy, they wouldn't reimburse me for shipping the tank back ($47). I complained and they blamed me for not knowing which tank to buy. Spend your money with a company that will do the right thing, not screw you.

Motosport seems good at a first impression.... until you have to use them for a warranty.I purchased some boots with a one year warranty and contacted Motosport after some of the fabric failed after 3 months of riding. They said to return

BUYER BEWARE.

They are a motorcycle parts website in Portland, Oregon.
I bought some turn signals from them. Put them on and within 24 hours 2 of them had filled with water and one of them had completely come apart. No problem, things like this happen. Contact motosport.com. This is their response: "Unfortunatly, once the product is mounted and used we can no longer do a return on the item. What you might be able to do is call the manufacture and see if they can supply you with another option." So they sell bad parts AND wont accept returns!!!! So if you buy from them YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. BEWARE. There are many other motorcycle parts websites that support their customers when a product fails, especially so soon after purchase. Choose wisely. |

Motosport.com is an excellent source for ordering dirt bike parts online. Shipping is prompt. You almost never have to contact them to test the customer service because they seem to stay on top of things so well.
