Informed helpful staff to ask pre-purchase questions,
very good delivery time & tracking (I had to call to check
on tracking; it hadn't been updated and had already shipped,
the person who checked was very helpful and considerate).
I was very pleased with this company, particularly after a very bad experience trying to get the same item from todaysconcept.com

I thought a piece was missing. I called and I received excellent help. The representatives were friendly, professional and went out of their way to help. As it turned out I had the piece but didn't see it under the styrofoam. They never made me feel stupid. I would most certainly order from them again.

The Company advertisement details were the item would be shipped with in 72 hours and I could expect to have the item in 5 to 7 business days. However, the company beat that expectation. I received the email the item was shipped in less than 24 hours after I placed the order and was delivered to me in about 3 days which was wonderful. The free shipping was a big factor in selecting More Kitchens

Received the toaster(54.00)promptly, The iron (19.00) which I have cancelled, is lost in warehouse land. Communication could not be better, but it has been almost a month and despite customer services efforts cannot be found, until it is no credit can be given.

More Kitchen Appliances had the best price on the filters I wanted. Ordering was easy. After ordering, I was notified via email that the filter was out of stock and would ship within two weeks. It ended up shipping after about a week. For the price, I can't complain. I'll shop here again.

Everything went well with the coffee pot I ordered but the order for the pizzelle maker was cancelled by the store because the pizzelle maker was no longer available. Even though I was contacted immediately by the excellent customer service person via both e-mail and phone call, I was still irritated that this item was not available and that I did not know about this until a few days later after my order was accepted. It also took this company a couple of weeks to issue a refund to me via Paypal.
