I purchased a table and chair set that "ships within 3-4 business days" on May 25th.  It is June 16th (16 business days later) and the item is still at their warehouse.  They say the item has shipped, but that only means it is waiting to get on a truck.  That is not a joke.  I'm being told the item shipped which to them only means the paperwork is in the hands of their shipping department.  Their shipping department says the items still haven't been loaded on their truck.

I've made several inquiries into the status starting about a week after I ordered the item.  The first few times I inquired about the status i was told, "it will ship tomorrow".  Now I'm being told it has shipped, but hasn't actually left their warehouse.  I'm supposed to receive an email with an exact delivery date, which i'm being told is June 25th.  That puts the item that I should have received in less than 2 weeks at being delivered at 1 months.  I will update my review should I ever actually receive the table and chairs, but I'm not holding my breath.  Pay a little more and do your business with someone else.  This company goes by about 10 different names, so beware they are not part of the same group.


Update:  The June 25th date came and went.  Apparently the item took about 14 days to go from California to Illinois.  The next hassle I had to deal with was the local warehouse.  The item arrived in Illinois on June 24th.  Unfortunately they had to wait until they had "all the proper paperwork" to make the delivery.  So finally on June 29th (over 1 month from the purchase date when i was told the item ships within 3-4 days and should arrive in less than two weeks) I received my table and chairs.  I must admit i'm very happy with my purchase, I only wish i bought it through someone else.  The biggest problem is had I not hassled them daily I'm not sure I'd even have it yet.
