Moosejaw

I have been a customer of Moosejaw for a couple of years now and I love them more and more. I love their merchandise and stickers! They are a crazy bunch of people just like me and my friends. Keep up the good work! I love them, I really do!

The company sent the wrong product. I called and was told that the correct product would be sent to me with a return mailing information included. Nothing else was explained at this point until I noticed a charge against my debit card on my account for the cost of the product being sent to correct the error. I called and was told even though it was their error they HAD to charge me for both items. After much long discussion, the agent on the phone spoke with a supervisor who agreed to refund the extra charge and wait to receive the incorrect product from me before taking and further action. I felt like I was having to compensate for an error that I had absolutly no control over and was getting little help to resolve the incident. As far as future purchases are concerned, I doubt I would make another purchase.

Yes, but undecided. The on-line purchase was confusing. Presented with membership purchase, immediate discount that never was subtracted from the total. Cute statements get overbearing. Survey doesn't make sense. Didn't need to contact merchant about the order after it was placed, so no answer, rather than NA.

It was good and since I prefer not to shop except to see the girls that work in such places I will purchase things form companies such as yours and devote 100% of time spent shopping to flirting with the girls at the outdoor store or trying on items that are fit critical.

Excellent selection of products at normally found retail prices. Can find lower prices at other sites but not with the selection of Moosejaw. So a lower price on something you really don't want or need isn't such a good deal. Their club benefit makes it a much better deal with the discount. Their humorous advertising and comments about themselves makes it a very fun site to do business with.

The jury is still out...I ordered my jacket 2 weeks ago and haven't received it yet. I'm not sure that moosejaw has even received it yet from Arc Teryx. That was the initial delay. I haven't received an email from moosejaw giving me a tracking number, so i assume they're still trying to get the jacket from Arc Teryx. This is a longer than expected delay. I was told that they'd have the jacket from Arc Teryx within 5 days of me placing my initial order. The customer service rep was pretty indifferent about the whole thing and told me to just patient. I like the fact that Moosejaw offers a membership, which gets you 10% off of everything and that helps on the big ticket items like jackets.

The web site said that they had the product i wanted in stock. After I gave Moosejaw all of my information, I eagerly awaited my order confirmation number so I could track the order.. I did receive an email telling me that they didn't have any more of my product in stock and good luck finding it elsewhere. Well, I did have good luck... Elsewhere.

I ordered and paid for two hats. I only got one, and it did not look like on the picture. Two weeks later, they finnaly bothered to reply to my complaints. They told me they dispached another hat, 4 days has passed, i still havent got it.

My experience shopping online at Moosejaw was wonderful. The merchandise I ordered was delivered in a timely fashion and the discount I received was incrediable. I will continue shopping at Moosejaw and encourage all my friends to do so.

It was great! The item we ordered on-line was not available, so we were promptly informed of this problem and given a discount. I called the company with a new color choice and spoke to a very polite (and funny) representative. It was all taken care of professionally. I have recommended the company to many people since.

This was my first purchase with Moosejaw and I am hoping I'll be pleased; however UPS screwed up our package and sent it to the wrong distribution center. I was suppose to receive Dec 30 and now I'm scheduled to receive it Jan 8. Though I am not happy about this, I would not have known about this problem without the UPS tracking page.

Moosejaw has a great website for purchasing a variety of outdoor equipment and clothing. All of the prices are at or below retail value, and customer service is exceptional. I'll definately buy more gear from them in the future!

Moosejaw is great to do business with generally. If I had one point constructive critism it relates to inventory. On more than one ocassion I have had to settle for a different product based on availabilty of product size or color. I have shopped elsewhere on occassion when I needed something in particular and it was out of stock at moosejaw. Beyond that, I always go to them first.

This is a goofy, fun approach to selling very high quality outdoor equipment and clothing. They seem to have plenty of access to product and thus fill orders in a timely fashion.
