Great merchant if they have the product in stock when you order it. Other wise they bait and switch with a small discount they make available to you.

The online system would not let me purchase the quantity that I wanted (6) and would not process my order. A phone call to customer service informed me that there were only 3 in stock. An upgrade to the system would be helpful in giving me real time information on quantity rather than having to call. Other than that, the site is intuitive, prices are good and the shipping system great.

I was led to believe my order had not shipped for over a week because no tracking information was provided at all when I chacked my order status online. I will probably choose another merchant next time.

I called to check on the status of my order. It was being drop shipped from the manufacturer. They took the time to call the vendor, find out if the product had shipped, and got me a tracking number. Good customer service and concern for my order.
