I could have gotten the jacket for about $15 less from another online merchant, however the ebugs Christmas cards and the other "nonsense" at Moosejaw convinced me that I needed to order from them. The jacket got here fast, fits great, and kept me toasty at the 1st grade sledding party. I love the humorous tidbits at the website, in the catalogs, and in/on the boxes. You make my day!!!

I applied for price match with an Amazon retailer. Moosejaw responded almost immediately that they would follow up with the other retailer during normal business hours. They followed through and got back in touch with me before the end of the day on Monday. Even though the price match was unable to be honored because the other retailer's was a clearance (2009) model c/w Moosejaw's spring 2010 version, the customer service was honestly awesome. I have not found better customer service anywhere. Live the dream Moosejaw!

Ordered the bag. Next day i got a phone call that they really didnt have it in the color I chose. So I said I'd do a different color. A day or two later i got another call saying they didnt have it in ANY color. So, I lost a week messing around with them and ordered it from Zappo's got it the very next day.

over-all it was a good experience. one jacket had to be returned for a different size and i would have thought they could have provided return postage; but, they did not. spending $500. for jackets should make them a little more understanding in this economic climate. i guess they figured if you could spend that amount on jackets, you could afford the $7.95 return postage, too.
