Good rate on shipping (free shipping) and good price and selection. I couldn't find the dress in the color I was looking for anywhere else because it was sold out; Moosejaw had it and got it to me fast.

Great merchant if they have the product in stock when you order it. Other wise they bait and switch with a small discount they make available to you.

The online system would not let me purchase the quantity that I wanted (6) and would not process my order. A phone call to customer service informed me that there were only 3 in stock. An upgrade to the system would be helpful in giving me real time information on quantity rather than having to call. Other than that, the site is intuitive, prices are good and the shipping system great.

I was led to believe my order had not shipped for over a week because no tracking information was provided at all when I chacked my order status online. I will probably choose another merchant next time.
