I love Wards, because they work with you even if your sick and cant pay right away I have stomach cancer and they worked with me when I couldnt pay and I appreciate that. Also good products and they also ship on time. Thank Wards!!!!!!!!

hand held vacuum arrived early and in excellent condition - very pleased with this purchase. Also purchased an ionic air purifier. It was due to arrive 1st and hasn't - though I've also not been charged for it (a good thing). Status of order for air purifier = contact customer service. To date I've been unable to do so. Montgomery Ward has made no effort (that I'm aware of) to contact me. No message on answering machine, no email, no letter, no mention of backorder - no communication whatsoever. I will likely cancel the order soon. If Montgomery Ward does not want my money I'm fairly sure another company will.

the bed spread set was great, but I was disappointed in the floor lamp I purchased. I expected it to look a little more up scale. Wal mart is selling one just like it only different color stand for 13.00. I paid almost 100.00.

I found out after my order I saw linen and things they are selling this same item for $19.95 all the time with Montgomery Wards I paid $49.95. So I will not buy this item again at Montgomery Wards. I wish they would open stores again last time I had shop was with my grandparents back early 80's.

I would like to be able to view all the pages of items at one time. On some of the draperies that I have purchased, the coloring seems to be a little off. The very drapery purchase I made, the coloring was very bad, it looked like a totally different pair of draperies. This last pair that I purchased are fine. I love them. Customer service is excellent. I think the shipping charges are a little high and certains items as well. I try to get most of the items that I like when its on sale or clearance. Overall I will continue to shop at Montgomery Wards.com

The ordering process was quick and simple. I received the product (Mission style 5-piece dining set) in perfect condition. Assembly was very, very easy (my 20 years old daughter & niece had it assembled before I got home). It was exatly what I ordered and the product even arrived earier than forecasted. The only issue was the delivery company used did not meet the indicated shipping conditions (delivery into home-first floor room desired) Instead the delivery company left it at the threshold. However, when I notified Montgomery Wards of this issue they compenhensated me properly for the problem. This was my first online order witht he company and I was pleased with the results. I'll order from them again.

I still have not received the dishwasher. The original order said shipment would be April 2. I called on April 10 and the person who answered the phone could not tell me if the item had been shipped. She had to call the warehouse and get back to me about four days later, just to tell me the shipment would not be made until about April 30. If a company is going to have internet sales, much more effort must be made to keep the customer informed as to the progress of the order and to have a computer system where the custormer service employees who answer the phone have all the pertinent information at their computer terminal.

When attempting to track my order, the system stated it could not. I had to e-mail them to find out the orders were cancelled. A response told me to call in the order which I did. I have been with Montgomery Ward for sometime and was always received great services so this one hiccup was no big deal. Will continue to shop and recommend Montgomery Ward.

My kitchen set came in 4 boxes and needed to be put together. After I opened the first box and took out the first couple of pieces I got to the Kitchen table top. The table top had two long scratches about 7 inches in length and about 6 small scratches about an inch. I had already cleared out my old kitchen set and was going to spend the entire night trying to put it together. I called customer service and all they could do was pick up just the table top within 10 days and send out a new table top in a couple of weeks. Meanwhile my whole kitchen is in disarray and my daycare kids will be back in 2 days. It was such a hassel to begin with and to add another couple of weeks was just unacceptable. They didn't offer to compensate for anything, I paid $100 just in shipping costs, so I told them just to pick up the entire set and give me a refund. I will purchase from someone else.

I've received the broom as promised, but as of today, I still haven't received the Hoover Elite Rewind vac. They tell that htey can't send to a post office box, but they did on the broom, go figure!!!!!! Over all, it's a nice place to shop by internet!!!

According to my confirmation email I had a delivery date of April 10. It is now April 13th and there is no sign of my bed. I have a call into MW to find out what the problem is. I have to wait two days before I can find out anything from the warehouse. Not a good way to do business.
