Everthing went fine on this order..........But, I had placed an order a 3 monts ago that, I had to contact your customer sevice by telephone .......and ......the GIRL WAS VERY SHARP TALKING, USING TERMS, I DID NOT UNDERSTAND ABOUT THE SHIPPING, SO I COULD NOT ANSWER HER QUESTIONS WHICH MADE HER FEEL SUPERIOR IN TALKING DOWN TO ME. I THINK THAT WAS HER WAY OF HANDLING SOMETHING SHE KNEW NOTHING ABOUT THUS NOT GETTING FIRED. I never got the problem resolved with her and luckly it resolved itself... That has left me leary of Wards so when, I ordered a second time, I was afaid it would happen again. It didn't and everything went smooth

I only received the shower curtain, the soap dish, lotion bottle, drinking cup and tray have not been received yet and I was informed they would ship first part of June. I am fairly satisfied with my experience with this company and will hold fina judgement until I receive all of the product.

When ordering 2 twin quilt/sham they said it was in stock on set arrived when Ichecked on the other they said it was canceled. They had run out of stock of the other. I of course wanted the quilts the same. So when I asked why they didn't contact me they said we did by post card. Everything else was sent by email why did they say they had two when they didn't? Why didn't they email me with the canceled shipment? I asked for a return label and am still waiting. Will never shop there again. Lousy customer service.

Terrible company. Do not order from them. I ordered a breakfast nook, they sent the wrong color bench 3 times then after I returned last bench, they never reshipped. I am out over $1000. I am filing a lawsuit in Colorado Court but having great difficulty finding out their registered agent and office to accept service of process. They refuse to give me that info over the phone or by email. This company is a fraud. Beware!!!

My recent order of the Bean Pot Lamp was good, however the packaging was poor not secure at all. The lamp was not damaged or nothing but I noticed the newspaper was the only cushion for the lamp, there was no instructions or packing slip in the box. I was suprised it did arrive in one piece. Otherwise I really like shopping at Montgomery Ward.

I purchased two pieces of furniture one piece arived around the time expected in good condition and easy to assembly. The other piece came damaged but the merchant did send the piece in about two to three weeks. The assemble is difficult and we still do not have it put together. I will think twice about buying furniture again.I might shop from the mercaht again but not until I pay off this mistake.

They need to keep better track of orders and let the customer know if there is a problem with the order. Like it is not received on expected date and they have no idea why. Need to follow up better on this matter.

I received a "pre-approved" catalog from wards. when i ordered from it it took several days to get any response from them. they said i didnt exist for credit approval altho they sent the catalog and preapproval to me, altho i have credit at several other online stores, utilities in my name and more... they were happy to continue the order once i paid in full...i did not... not a happy experience...

I was very very unhappy with the company they have nice things but ofter placeing my order and 1 week past and I had not heard from the company and was not able to track my order I called the company and some was to call me back and never did and they I had to email them 2 times for them to tell me they could not contact my credit card company I was so upset i would just not bother with this company and tell any one I know the same this company is just a running around and a lot of games

My first order contained a comforter set,sheet set it arrived within six days after i ordered it online,and that was with standard shipping!! so that was excellent,everything arrived in excellent condition and quality.I have not received the dining room table set,area rug,and slipcover yet as i just ordered them yesterday.

I marked yes I would re-order but I am not so sure because this is my thrid time ordering and I only received the first in a timely matter. The second required several calls before I actully received my item. This third time I still have not received the order, which was on b/o, but it was suppose to have received today, but after calling cust. serv. no one know when it will ship.

We already had an account with them and tried to make this purchase. They declined it stating something about checking our file then denied it. Why check anything if our account was already set up and we had been customers for a while now? We cancelled the order, found it 20 dollars cheaper elsewhere and closed our Wards account
