I purchased the Dahle 554 Pro Trimmer because of the quality and durability of Dahle products; I must say I wasn’t disappointed.  I use the trimmer for trimming photographs where accuracy and quality are essential.  MonoMachines.com offered the trimmer at a reasonable price and prompt delivery.  I received the trimmer in a timely fashion with no issues what so ever.  My shopping experience at MonoMachines.com was great!

Placing the order online was really easy. I was surprised to get a phone call about 5 minutes later from your customer service dept. There had been a error with the order and it was fixed before it ever shipped. The customer service was fantastic! My product arrived a few days later. Right on schedule.

I tried many stores in order to find a reasonably priced shredder not made in China. MonoMachines was oneof the few places I could find such a machine under $1000.  The shredder is German made, sturdy and runs very quietly.  It is worth the money.
