I was surprised by how good you guys were.. I bought a ring from you for $320 and i had seen the same one in stores for like $420. i was very worried the ring would be tacky looking, but the return policy made me very comfortable that if i didnt like it i could send it back.also regarding your website.I had checked out at least 50 other sites, and you guys had the BIGGEST/clearest pics of your rings, that accounted for like 50% of why i purchased from you, i could see the ring very well.even amazon had cheezy small pics that showed no detail.I called customer service about 3x cuz at first i was going to place order by money order, i always got through right away to customer service that was great, but they didnt know how to tell me how to wire money (they should be trained for that) then i called back after i placed the order with my CC to make sure everything was ok and once again, excellent customer service. Im kinda picky sometimes about where i spend my money, and id defenately shop from you guys again. i never felt like u were hard to get ahold of, i LOVED the free fed ex, and customer service was fast. all props to ya! :) thanks for the excellent ring.

Overall great experience. One area of improvement that I would recommend is the confirmed shipping email. My order was for a birthday gift and the email I received had the dates incorrect. I called up a customer service and was told that the email was incorrect and that this is a problem that is quite common.

I admire the fast and professional response of customer service, including returns. This is my first purchase, but i received a wrong item, so had to return it, but i will buy again from Mondera because I saw the quality of the product and customer service. Very simple and nice website.

Customer service was good. However, I was disappointed in the fact that the mounting of the ring was very lightweight. The diamonds though were of very high quality and clear. I ordered a certain size and was sent the wrong size. Overall, I was not pleased with the ring.

It would be nice to view the exact item being bought - even as simple as diamond solitares - these were slightly different. I would have moved on to a new pair and found some that looked the same. Instead of having to go through the return process and purchase them "hands on"

My Mondera.com diamond-buying experience was fantastic. The selection and prices are tough to beat. Skipping the sales tax (if you don't live in NY) helps you buy more diamond, too, and is not a trivial savings when comparing to a local jeweler (especially here in TN with 9.25% sales tax!). After the ring arrived (via their courtesy UPS 2nd-day air), I had it appraised, and it appraised for 172% of what I paid for it. The ONLY issue I can take with them was that their available-to-ship time - unless I was just blind and missed it - wasn't available until AFTER I'd placed my order & it was confirmed. I was expecting maybe a week's lead time, and it turned out to be a month when I logged on the next day (hand made setting, yadda yadda)! Kudos to Mondera, though, as I called & worked with one of their sales reps - VERY professional - and got it in 2 weeks. In short: I (and my fiance) are very, very pleased with the purchase.
