After looking in many plumbing and home improvement stores, we found exactly what we wanted at modernbathroom.com. The shipping was timely and free and the vanity is an exquisite piece of furniture. We did the renovation ourselves and the bathroom looks great.

I used a discount code that I found online, the computer accepted the code; later I received a phone call explaining that I would not get the additional discount that the online store accepted????

I probably will shop here again however, I was not happy that I had to pay unexpected high fees for returning the sink. I will be more aware next time. When you order an item like this online, it's not 100% certain it will work or the color is right. The color was not exactly right on the sink. Returning items like these is a turn-off for online buying.

I placed my order online and received no confirmation number or e-mai...after two weeks I was able to find an order number on line and contacted them. Was informed that item was back orderd and they could not find out when I could expect it until tomorrow...no one informed me that my order was actually placed or about the back order. I need this item now for a building project and my contractor expected me to have this ready for him...unaceptable service!!

I'm a skeptic, so much better than I expected. I love the website -- well organized, good descriptions, good pictures, and easy to find a product that I might be interested in. This is the first time that I've purchased an item like this through the internet and the whole experience went smoothly and the products were high-quality and arrived in execellent condition -- very well packaged.
